Langoustine Dinner Plate, Olive Rim

A whole tangle of langoustines piled up the way they arrive at the table — claws crossing, feelers running off over each other, nothing tidied into a pattern. Painted in orange and coral with the antennae drawn in a single fast line.

It is the busiest plate we make, which is why the rim is only a run of quiet olive dashes. Anything louder and the two would fight.

Care
